Barcelona announces that it has reached an agreement with the first team midfielder, Jaffe, to renew his contract until June 2026.
The contract renewal ceremony will be held tomorrow, Thursday, September 15, at 6:00 pm, Cairo time, at the Camp Nou stadium.
Barcelona and Jaffe have reached an agreement to renew the contract for the next 4 years, and a penalty clause of one billion euros will be set.
Gavi is considered the sixth Barcelona player to have a penalty clause of this amount after Ansu Fati, Ferran Torres, Ronald Araujo, Rafinha and Jules Conde.
It is worth noting that Barcelona lost yesterday against Bayern Munich, with two goals without a response, at the Allianz Arena, in the second round of the group stage of the Champions League.
The doors of the “Camp Nou” stadium will open to the fans at five in the evening, and the ceremony will be at six with the statements of Barcelona President, Joan Laporta, and the player Jaffe.
